Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping boxes to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

Once your request is approved, our white-glove logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the items from your home.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
